Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our corporate workspace design + construct team in Canning Vale in the position of Business Development Representative. This position is vital to the continued success of Interite Corporate Interiors and as such we are looking for a professional and hardworking individual.

As our dedicated representative you will:

Pitch our range of products and services to B2B clients across varied corporate industries.
Meet and exceed client requirements and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain account management activities including client visits, CRM updates, new calls and presentations.
Work closely with a team of consultants through your strategic approach to sales.
Work with our performance measurement criteria for business profitability, customer service and report on these agreed KPI's.
Handle the external face of Interite including marketing, strategy and target projects both short term and long term.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Experience in sales and ability to network effectively.
Experience in design or construction is a positive but not necessary.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Be highly motivated to succeed
Excellent relationship, communication and rapport building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs and CRM packages.
Team focused yet individual in style.
Have the ability to listen and take instruction.

Architectural Interior Draftsperson

The role of Architectural Interior Draftsperson for Interite Corporate Interiors is pivotal as you are responsible for supporting the design agenda of the brand. As such you will need to be able to demonstrate your experience and aptitude in the following areas:

Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or Graphic Design
Ability to develop high quality concepts, drawring and plans
Knowledge of Australian Standards and regulatory guidelines, along with Building Codes (desirable)
Ability to manage design projects from concept to Completion
Technically proficient in 2D AutoCAD and Sketch Up; vast experience in photo-realistic rendering
Ability to provide recommendations regarding all aspects of the project and resolve complex design issues
Excellence in documentation and review of plan sets
Capacity to multi task and meet strict deadlines
Proven experience in design development, detailing and documentation
Strong knowledge of construction methods and detailing
Develop, communicate and successfully implement a management strategy to execute projects
Proficiency with complex joinery details
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
Efficient client liaison with suppliers, architects and external consultants
General administration and office duties as required
Strong organisational skills, dynamic communicator with a collaborative style that values the input of team members
A natural ability to think on your feet, strong initiative and upbeat attitude

To be successful in this role you must have strong documentation and computer skills and experience, along with having excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage your time effectively to achieve deadlines.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent
Required skill(s): Sketch up Pro, V Ray., 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Perth, Western Australia

Site Supervisor

Interite Corporate Interiors is a registered builder, constructing inspirational corporate workspaces in Perth and across Australia for over 28 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Canning Vale in the position of Site Supervisor.

This position is vital to the continued success of Interite and as such we are looking for a professional and hardworking individual.

As our dedicated Site Supervisor you will:

Oversee the day to day operations of our Canning Vale manufacturing facility;
Supervise our sites under construction;
Work with our small manufacturing team to produce, deliver and install our products on time in perfect condition;
Work with our large trade and subcontractor base to achieve projects to timeline.
Work hands on alongside the team to ensure projects are dispatched ahead of time;
Develop job costing within our frame work spreadsheets;
Develop take-off's for production items to timeframe and accuracy;
Maintain stock levels including ordering, inventory levels and stocktaking;
Oversee local purchases;
Monitor service of freight carriers and couriers;
Ensure all OHS&E policies and procedures are implemented and adhered too whether on site or in the factory;
Attend company meetings and provide departmental updates;
Oversee the warehouse and ensure that all company procedures are adhered too;
Manage servicing and maintenance of vehicle fleet;
Manage the overall facility including cleanliness and maintenance;
Manage the servicing and maintenance of company equipment.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Experience in managing a manufacturing facility and or site management
Strong time management and communication skills whether on the road or in the office
Highly motivated to succeed
Ability to instruct and manage external contractors without fear or favour
Proficient in Microsoft suite of program
An ability to handle multiple projects at different stages at one time
Have the ability to listen and take instruction
Be trustworthy and professional
Have strong attention to detail
Understand sense of urgency
General building knowledge, furniture manufacturing or aluminium joinery is a bonus
Strong people management skills

Marketing Specialist (Online)

Co-ordinating activities in production, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development and assisting with concepts and design, co-ordinating campaigns to ensure a consistent lead generation program.
Reporting to Management on market analysis
Identifying new business opportunities and growth areas
Calling clients and confidently discussing the products & services supplied by our company
Maintaining company CRM
Following up calls, emails and co-ordinating appointments
Calling clients from an established database
Seeking new leads and opportunities to pass to the sales team
Carrying out research and actively seeking new opportunities for the company
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Assisting with special projects as assigned by Management from time to time
